  Business Analyst Senior Level

Manage and provide solutions to the new business ideas and concepts through the technological paths.
Responsible for identifying areas where changes are needed in business plans and then monitoring the impact of the change as per business profit of the firm.
Research and documenting requirements and later meeting those requirements by working in collaboration with the IT department of the firm.
Understand business process management and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific software requirements.
Making sure that the solution recommended is commercial yet competitive
Documenting and analyzing the required information and data
Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications
Evaluating the information gathered through surveys, business process description and task analysis.
Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer’s needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams, and support teams

Must have:
5-7 years of BA experience
Project Management Experience (A Plus)
Experience using RUP methodology and NSDLC
Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and verbal
Team Leadership, Assertive but patient with end users
Must have a proven experience developing, improving streamlining software applications
Goal oriented, must have ability to manage multiple projects

Education: Must have an Engineering Degree

Contract to hire (6 months)
